Thanks to all of our wonderful pet parents, our daycare has become immensely popular. However, our facility has begun to reach capacity lately and unfortunately have had to turn away a number of your precious pups. In order to ensure that we maintain a safe staff-to-guest ratio and prevent turning away dogs, we request that all daycare clients schedule daycare 24 hours in advance.
Walk-in daycare spaces may still be available on any given day, however we are unable to guarantee their availability. We are unable to accept walk-in daycare dogs past our capacity, so we recommend calling our daycare facility to check if there is availability. Additionally, we may be limited to offering walk-in clients half-day daycare service only.
Does your pup need a ride to daycare on the Buddy Buggy? Pickup and Drop-Off services are available Monday through Saturday for full-day daycare, half-day daycare, and boarding clients; we do not perform transportation services on Sundays. To ensure that each dog is able to join in the scheduled activities for the day, pickup and drop-off services will be performed within a service window.
Pickups – must be scheduled prior to 8:00am for same day service (24 hour notice preferred). Pickups will be performed between 8:00am and 10:00am according to our pickup route for the day. Starting December 14th, 2015, we are unable to perform pickups after 10:00am.
Drop-Offs – must be scheduled prior to 4:00pm for same day service (24 hour notice preferred). Drop-offs will be performed between 5:00pm and 7:00pm according to our drop-off route for the day. Starting December 14th, 2015, we are unable to perform drop-offs after 7:00pm.
For our guests that need more focused, individual attention, we provide in-home walk services throughout the day. Private walks are performed Monday through Friday during one of three walk windows, 11:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 3:00pm, and 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide private walks during the weekends. Your beloved will be walked during their scheduled window according to our walk route for the day (if you schedule more than one walk per day, please select two separate walk windows). To avoid scheduling conflicts, we request that private walks be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Walks scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be guaranteed. Starting December 14, 2015, private walks that are not scheduled 24 hours in advance may be subject to an additional $3.00 service charge.
As with our daycare service, boarding requests have increased significantly in the past year. As a result, we request that all boarding clients schedule boarding stays at least 24 hours in advance. Boarding space is limited and stays are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try to accommodate late bookings if possible, but boarding stays booked with less than 24 hours’ notice are not guaranteed. Starting December 14th, 2015, boarding services scheduled after 4:00pm on the same day will incur a $12.00 transportation fee.
We love to show our pet parents how hard we have worked to make where their little ones spend the day a special place. However, to ensure your safety and the safety of the dogs in our care, tours of our daycare facility are available by appointment only. Tours may be scheduled on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Call or email for additional information.
Each new dog that comes to play at daycare is required to go through a temperament test to determine if daycare is the right care option for them. Starting December 14th, 2015, all temperament tests must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Temperament tests are held Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm and Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Ask our staff for more information.
We appreciate your support and patience while we move towards a more scheduled and organized day for our guests. These updates will allow our staff more time to play, pamper, and provide individual attention to all of the animals in our care.
